Mr. Jeff Davidson

Mr. Jeff Davidson is the CEO. Mr. Davidson has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota and has 22 years of experience in industry and academia. He served as the Executive Director of the Bioprocessing Resource Center, the founder and Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Association for 9 years, the founder and publisher of Your World a magazine of biotechnology applications for 12 years, the founder of the Biotechnology Institute (a national biotechnology education nonprofit), as the founder of BioSciEd, Inc. and is currently managing the delivery of business growth services for the IMC.

Dr. James Adair

Dr. James Adair, Ph.D. serves as the Chief Science Officer of the company. Dr. Adair is a key founder of this technology, has published extensively in the area, has been working with nano-particles for over 20 years and holds 7 patents. Dr. Adair is the director of the Particulate Materials Center of Penn State University and is a faculty member in the Materials Research Laboratory.

Dr. Mark Kester

Dr. Mark Kester, Ph.D., serves as Chief Medical Officer. In 1976, Dr. Kester received his B.S. degree in biology and economics from the State University of New York at Suny Brook. He later received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1982. Following an initial faculty position at Case Western Reserve University, he moved on to Penn State University in 1998 where he served as interim chair of the Department of Pharmacology.

Mr. Robert Cornwall

Robert Cornwall, M.S., serves as the Vice President of Operations. He has a Master of Science in Organizational Management and a Bachelors of Science in Materials Engineering.  His experience includes 10 years as a business director for an international trade association representing 6 segments of powder manufacturing industries.  While there he  was instrumental in starting a new association serving the metal and ceramic injection molding industries and also was responsible for a trade exhibition where he doubled participation.  He has spent the last 13 years at Penn State, the first 5 as the Associate Director of the Particulate Materials Center and the last 8 years as the Business Director of the Materials Research Institute which is the only field in which Penn State is ranked number one by NSF.  His is responsible for finance, contracting, human resources, marketing, public relations, and business development in characterization and nano/microfabrication facilities. While working full time at Penn State, he started a company in 1996 – Innovative Materials Solutions, Inc. which provided contract research and development activities as well as ran conference and short courses in powder injection molding technologies.    He successfully ran this company for 10 years and only recently ceased operations to engage in developing Keystone Nano’s business and business practices.

Dr. Mylisa Parette

Mylisa Parette, Ph.D. in Biochemistry. She serves as a senior researcher and her experience includes post doctoral work and full-time researcher at Penn State working in antigen encoding genes to determine the genetic structure of the population.

Ms. Amy Knupp

Amy Knupp, B.S. Chemistry. She is a recent grad from Penn State and serves as a researcher.
