NanoJackets
The company is able to create 10nm to 50 nm NanoJackets composed of imaging agents within a nano-composite material comprised of Calcium Phosphates. These colloids offer considerable benefits, such as:
- small enough to enter cells
- invisible to macrophages
- several fluorescent agents are available
- highly resistant to photo-bleaching and photo-degradation
- targetable to specific cell types
